It’s been a long time since I’ve gone trick or treating but I can only imagine this would happen if it were the case. Candy isn’t exactly the best for IBD sufferers but a good snack several times (a million times) a day can be key to trying to control some of your symptoms. I tend to eat a pumpkin pie here & there to add those extra calories & energy throughout the day.
